Sorry, but your score to get admission in government medical college is quiet low. However, you can try other courses like Physiotherapy occupation therapy B.A. MS and BHMS etc. In these courses you will get admission surely!

No, if you don't want to participate in All India Counseling, you can simply register for counseling in your domicile state. However, if you want to apply in another state, then you will have to register for AIQ counseling at the MCC website. Also, with your NEET rank of 4,82,125, you are not eligible to get a government seat for MBBS. You can only get management MBBS seats in other states, as your rank is very high. For MBBS. 129 are not the most admirable marks in NEET to get into a government college. You will definitely get admission in any other private colleges if you don't want to waste your year and work hard there.

The NEET exam is conducted at the national level for MBBS Course. For the MBBS course, it is not necessary for the students to get admission to any medical college based on their class 12th results. However, to appear in NEET examinations, you need to score at least 50 percent marks if you are a general candidate (GN), 40 percent marks if you belong to any of the other backward classes (OBC), 40 percent marks if you belong to any of the scheduled tribes (ST), 40 percent marks if you belong to any of the scheduled castes (SC), and a minimum of 45 percent if you belong to the Person with Disability (PWD) category.
