Hi Himanshu,
For a medical career in US, you must undergo a long and rigorous process which includes clearing the USMLE ( United States Medical Licensing Examination). After you have passed USMLE you can apply to the desired residency via the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). The final stage USMLE 3 is taken during the residency itself. After MBBS also you can get job as Junior Resident. After MD too you will get the job. It depends on your interest.
