There is no doubt that AFMC is better but sometimes you got to lower your standards. Study at AFMC requires certain years of imparting nation service along with complete uncertainity of preparing for specialisation entrances due to shortage of time for preparation, which everyone fails to understand.

AFMC Pune is one of the prestigious institutions of India where you have to do a compulsory defence service for a small duration after MBBS. However, the price here includes selfless service too.

Yes, physics is very important to get admission for MBBS. First of all, its not that easy to score 350/360 in bio, if you get 320 in bio, 80-90 in physics and 120-130 in chemistry, then you can be sure enough about getting government MBBS. Else private will be the only option left.

You have scored very well. But it will be difficult for you to get admission into any government medical college but you can easily get into a private college.

Dear Adarsh, Admission for MBBS in Russia have begun. Eligibility of admission: 12th PCB with 50% and qualifying score in NEET 2019. To know fee structure of some universities please check the link here:

You need to be careful in choosing the University as some of the low-cost universities are bilingual even though they are in MCI list. Support for English medium is till 3rd year though it is not informed by some consultancies. You can go through the link. All the best!
