For semi government colleges, the annual fees varies from INR. 1.5 lacs to INR. 8 lacs per annum. Depends on the collaboration clauses.

Dear, Medicine is a subject as such. MBBS is a course. In MBBS there are subjects like Medicine, Surgery, Paediatrics, Gynaecology etc.

In MD the specializations include Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Orthopaedics, Neurology and Anaesthesiology, Cardiology, Endocrinology, Radio Diagnosis and Pathology among other subjects while MS specializations include Paediatric Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Cardio-thoracic Surgery, Urology, Cardiac Surgery, Cosmetic Surgery, ENT, Ophthalmology, Gynaecology, Obstetrics and Orthopaedics. Basically, MD holders can practise as physicians while MS holders can practise as surgeons. Diploma courses, which last for two years, include specializations like Anaesthesia, Community Medicine, Sports Medicine, Forensic Medicine and Child Health.

NRI quota admission are done at college level. So do approach the concerned university for admission. Also its mandatory for NRI candidates to appear NEET.

Yes, you can do MBBS after B.Sc Nursing, but firstly, you have to clear NEET as it compulsory.

MBBS is done under general stream. There's no speciality in MBBS. You can opt for Psychology as your Post graduation subject.
