There's no such difference. AIIMS and JIPMER are reputed institutions of our country and provide better teaching facilities than any other college.

The salary of MBBS doctors without going for post graduation varies from 50000-4lacs or even higher. Corporate hospitals pay even higher.

MBBS is the study of modern medicine, disease processes. Obstetrics and Gynaecology are the subjects to be taught in MBBS. Nursing is about assisting Medical Personnel in their duties.

NRI students are allowed for attending counselling under 15% All India Quota. However they have to go through the State Round of counselling for other universities. Admission for NRI seats varies depending on state.

Private Universities do get 5-15% seats for NRI admissions. That is different from 15% All India Quota Counselling. NRI quota admission are done at college level.
