You should at least have 60% in class 12th. I would recommend if you have plans to settle in Germany then you can go there to pursue MBBS as firstly you have to be proficient with language and also clear the language exams successfully along with the aptitude test for admission. So, this will take up 1 year additional as compared to other countries like Russia, Georgia, Poland, Ukraine, etc. Also, if you have plans to appear for MCI test in future, the test will be in English and this can be challenging since you will be better acquainted with German medical terminologies. So, think properly before you finalize.

Be it Russia, China, Ukraine, Philippines, etc., most important is to choose a good university which has good facilities and faculty to teach international students. Needless to say, the university has to be listed with MCI and the local council in that country. Every country has its pros and cons. So every person chooses a country as per their preference.
All the best.

You will have to apply for MBBS admission only using this year's marks. Last year's marks won't be valid. That said if MBBS is your dream course and you have invested 2 years to it, you can consider studying MBBS abroad at an MCI listed medical university if you don't get admission here. Applications have already begun for some of these universities.
All the best.
