There's nothing known as a "better stream". All streams are best in their ways and cannot be compared. Although, if you to compare engineering with medicine, they both have pros and cons and MBBS is a slow career while engineering will be dynamic. You can ask more about it to someone close to you who can analyse your need and the stream's requirement.

Any Indian student who wants to study MBBS abroad, and wants to practice in India after completing their course has to obtain at least qualifying marks in NEET exam, apply for eligibility certificate before leaving abroad so that you get approval of MCI. Any Indian student after appearing for 12th board exams can appear for NEET exam. This year NEET exam was held on 6th May. If you go to Russia without qualifying at NEET exam you will not be eligible to study MBBS abroad as per MCI norms. Also ensure you choose a good university in Russia which is listed with MCI and has experience in teaching foreign students in English.
