If you get an MBBS seat in a private college through the government quota, the total cost is around INR 6–12 Lacs for the whole 5.5 years. If you get it through the management quota, it can be INR 50 Lacs to INR 1 crore. If it's an NRI quota seat, it can be more than INR 1 crore.

With a NEET score off 451 your chances off getting am MBBS seat via the All India Quota in a government college or quiet low for the general categeroy as cutoff are usaually higher. However, you may have better chances under state quota seats in private universities.

For admissions in MBBS at Mayo institute of medical sciences you generally need to score around 250-300+ in NEET for management quota seats. However, aiming higher will improve your chances especially if competition is strong that year.

With 450 marks in NEET under the OBC category, you have a decent chance of getting into an MBBS programme at a semi-government college in Maharashtra, especially under the 85% state quota. Semi-government colleges usually have lower cut-offs than top government colleges, and the OBC reservation works in your favor. However, competition remains tough, and cut-offs can change each year based on seat availability and how well candidates perform overall. You should monitor the counselling rounds, look into options like Mop-Up rounds, and consider colleges in less competitive areas of the state.
