Both, ACS Medical College and Hospital and Balaji Medical College and Hospital are good for MBBS. ACS has its own reputation and Balaji Medical has its own importance in Chennai.
But if you compare then the ACS Medical College and Hospital is very good for the MBBS but it will be expensive.

There is no direct admission for an MBBS seat, You have to clear the NEET with relevant cutoffs and In the 12th you have to score the subjects with a minimum of 50% on Physics, Chemistry and Biology. This method is strictly followed for admission. The cutoff required: OC - 555, BC - 376, MBC - 521, SC - 436. The fees per year will be around 4.5 lakhs. Both of these institutes are well known for MBBS. However, pursuing a MBBS based on fees in Bangalore makes it a better option to choose Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre compared to BGS Global Institute. Vydehi Institute has different fee structures for various groups of students’, which can make it cheaper in pursuance of MBBS as well as more convenient.
