The minimum qualification required for admission to the MBBS course is proportional to the eligibility requirements of NEET. Moreover, to apply to the MBBS course, applicants must complete the minimum qualification, appear for NEET and then get selected in the counselling process. The NEET exam is conducted via NTA, and most probably the examination is held in the month of August.

Candidates have to meet both the eligibility and entrance exam requirements to get admission in MBBS programme. Aspirants need to appear for NEET and get a good rank to secure a seat in the institute. Candidates who pass Class 12 with a minimum of 60% aggregate in PCB stream along with Englisha are eligible to apply for NEET. AIIMS Delhi being the top Medical college of India has a competitive admission process. The cutoff for AIIMS Delhi MBBS programme was 48 in 2025 and 47 in 2024. The cutoffs are highly competitive considering the large number of applicants appearing for the exam and availability of limited seats.

The difficulty level of getting into the MBBS course at NTRUHS depends on the cutoff the university releases for each academic year. Check out the cutoff of the university from here: NTRUHS cutoff.
Further, the level of competitiveness and difficulty depends on the affiliated colleges allotted to the students. If the number of seats is limited at any of the affiliated colleges, then there is a chance that the college might have more competition to get them.
