Yes, it is possible to get admission to MBBS on donation basis if your NEET score is between 500 and 600, but only in private or deemed universities. The donation amount may be high and depends on the college.Still, clearing NEET is compulsory, even for donation seats. Government colleges do not offer admission through donation.It's better to research specific colleges and their admission process before applying.

The aspirants of MBBS at Rajasthan University of Health Sciences must have a valid score of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET). There may not be other provision for selection.
