It will be hard for one with a NEET score of 400 to get an MBBS seat in government colleges in Hyderabad, as the cutoff of government colleges in Hyderabad will be way above 400. You can still get admission in private or minority colleges with management quota or reserved quotas (depending on your category and the available seats under Telangana state counselling).

Symbiosis Medical College for Women has a full-year MBBS fee (1st year) of INR 12.57 lakhs, inclusive of tuition, hostel, mess and refundable deposits. The college does not accept payment in installments; the fee must be made in full at the time of admission. The fees will be increased annually by approximately 10%. The hostel deposit is refundable when students finish the course.

Several private medical colleges in India offer MBBS under the management quota with total fees ranging between forty to fifty Lacs rupees. Some of these include SRM Medical College (Chennai), Kasturba Medical College (Mangalore and Manipal), DY Patil Medical College (Pune), and Dr. D. Y. Patil Kolhapur. The admission is through NEET-UG followed by institute-level counselling. Hostel, mess, and exam fees are additional. These colleges provide good infrastructure, experienced faculty, and clinical exposure.

In Maharashtra, if you're aiming for a government MBBS seat under the general category, you'd have needed around 642 marks in NEET 2024; that's an All India Rank close to 33,000. For OBC, the cutoff was slightly lower at 638, and for NTD category, it was 634. So yeah, unless you're scoring 640+, it's tough to make it to a top govt. medical college in the state.

Absolutely, in case of the Indian students aiming to study an MBBS at Ulyanovsk State University (or any other medical institution in another country), the regular entrance examination NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) must be passed.

This does not depend within the Ulyanovsk State University but with National Medical Commission (NMC) (formerly MCI) of India. The NMC makes it obligatory that any Indian student intending to go to study MBBS in a foreign country and come back to India and practice medicine should qualify NEET in India. This is quite an essential step to avail the Eligibility Certificate by-NMC with which your

For  getting  admission in MBBS at Krishnagiri Government Medical College, you don't need a separate form. Just appear for NEET and apply through Tamil Nadu state counselling or All India counselling, depending on your quota. After seat allotment, the college will guide you with document submission and admission steps.
