To be eligible for MCA lateral entry course, you are generally required to have completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (BCA) or Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc. ) with Mathematics as a subject at the undergraduate level. Since you are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) with Computers, you may not be eligible for MCA lateral entry course as you do not have a relevant undergraduate degree. The MCA Course duration is 2 years. The MCA admission will be done on the basis of merit or entrance examination. The minimum MCA course eligibility criteria is a Bachelor's degree in computer application- BCA, or in any related field with mathematics as a compulsory subject in Class 12.

Yes, you surely can do MCA after B.Sc. If you have studied BZC or any Graduation with Computer Science as a subject for three years or Mathematics or Statistics or Business Maths or Business Statistics or QT as one of the subjects at Graduation or 10+2 level) or equivalent.
