To be eligible for admission to a two-year MCA course at MIT ADT, candidates are required to fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria. This is a PG-level course, those who are willing to get admission to this course must get a UG degree in either Science/ Arts/ Commerce or Engineering stream with minimum aggregate of 50% aggregate. Further, candidates belonging to either of SC/ST/OBC/PwD categories are given a 5% relaxation and they are required to get minimum aggregate of 45% in their last graduation.

Candidates seeking admission to MCA at Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College must have passed their Class 12 with one among Mathematics/ Statistics/ Accountancy as compulsory subjects with at least 45% aggregate (40% for SC/ ST category). For direct admission, there is no minimum aggregate. Candidate should have passed the qualifying exam from a recognised board. The course is affiliated with APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow and admission to it is subject to UPTAC counselling conducted by the affiliating university.

In order to get admission in MCA course at GIET University, students need to qualify the last exam. Apart from this,  BCA or equivalent degree with 50% aggregate from any recognised University or Institute is required. However, candidates who have completed class 12 or BA with maths, BSc, BCom or Graduation (45% aggregate in case of reserved category) are eligible for the course.

Eligibility Criteria;

MCA Course Eligibility criteria is mentioned below:

  • Students must have graduation in computer applications, computer science, or related field with a minimum of 50% marks obtained at the UG level to be eligible for MCA course.
  • Student must have mathematics as one of the subjects in Class 12 is compulsory.

This is just a basic overview of the eligibility criteria, it may be different in different colleges. In Delhi University, the minimum percentage required is 60% in the Bachelor of Computer Application.
