Fundamentally speaking, when you want to teach in a college then you should have post-graduation in that or related topic since that is the minimum qualification for a teacher to be recruited for or teaching in colleges. Yes, you can start a computer training institute. You need to set up the institute. You can take help of PM's Mudra Scheme too. All the best.

Admission to MCA is not given without any entrance exam. You can check out some private colleges like Amity or Sikkim Manipal. They might have separate admission process.
Government colleges will give admission only if you have given entrance.

Eligibility of MCA (Lateral Entry) :
Pass in a recognized Bachelor's degree of minimum 3 years duration in BCA B.Sc. (Information Technology / Computer Science) with mathematics as a course at 10+2 level or at Graduate level and obtained atleast 50 % (45 % in the case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying degree examinations. (I) 10+2 years + 3 years Bachelors degree Pattern.

The CMAT is mandatory to give only if you're interested to take admission in a management college anywhere in India. It's not used for MCA admissions.

Punjab University does not offer MCA lateral entry.
