Candidates who have bachelor's degree with 50% aggregate and has qualifiied the MAH MCA CETexam are eligiblr for the MCA at SNDT College. MCA is offered for two years at SNDT College for two years. The programme's intake for self- financed programme is 60.

For admission to MCA at IP University, aspirant must have a valid BCA/BSc in Information Technology/ BSc in Computer Science degree and studied Mathematics in Class 12 or graduate level to be eligible. In addition, the candidate should have passed the degree course from a recognised university with a minimum of 55% aggregate.
The degree and pass certificates (original and copies) should be kept handy during the application form filling and admission process. These documents are required for verification purposes.

A pass in BCA or Bachelor's in Computer Science Engineering or BSc/ BA/ BCom with Mathematics at Class 12 or graduation level with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for Karnataka belonging to SC/ ST and Category-1) is required to apply for the MCA course. Candidates are required to fulfil the eligibility requirements and submit their proof of eligibility during the document verification round. The eligibility criteria for the Master of Computer Applications (MCA) programme at the Faculty of Computer Applications, Manav Rachna, are as follows:
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in computer Science or computer applications with an overall mark of 50% or equivalent from a recognised university, which must be recognised by AICTE or UGC or equivalent.
Candidates must have 12th grade math as one of the subjects.
The MCA programme is of two-year duration with additional feature of lateral entry system into the second year of MCA – programme for the students with BCA/BSc (IT)
