Aspirants need to complete Bachelor (3 years)/ master degree examination of any recognised education body in any discipline with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST candidates) or should have secured at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST candidates) in Mathematics/ Computer Science/ Statistics/ Computer Applications/ Electronics as a subject in Class 12 or at degree level to apply for AIMS Institutes MCA programme.

Candidates seeking admission to Anna University MCA course must have passed a Bachelor's degree of a minimum 3 years duration in BCA, BSc (Information Technology /Computer Science), Computer Science and Engineering or equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 50% (45% in the case of candidates belonging to the reserved category). Apart from the minimum eligibility requirement, a valid score in the TANCET entrance exam is also compulsory to be eligible for Anna University MCA admission 2023.

For NMIMS Mumbai MCA admission, candidates need to have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate in Arts, Science, Commerce, Management or any other stream.

For MCA: The candidates need to have a bachelor’s degree in the relevant field with at least 50% marks from a recognised university. The candidates also need to appear for an entrance exam conducted by the institute or a national/state level exam such as GATE, CAT, TANCET, etc. The admission is based on the merit of the entrance exam and the performance in the group discussion and personal interview (if applicable).

Candidates seeking admission to the National Institute of Technology Agartala's MCA course must have passed Graduation with a minimum aggregate of 60%. Apart from fulfilling the minimum eligibility criteria, NIT Agartala also considers NIMCET scores for admission to the MCA course.
