DY Patil Institute of Management offers a full-time two year MCA course. The basic eligibility criteria for MCA is to graduate from a recognised university with valid scores. Eligible students need to appear for GD followed by PI. The final admissions will be offered based on students performance in GD and PI.

Candidates seeking admission to Anna University MCA course must have passed a Bachelor's degree of a minimum 3 years duration in BCA, BSc (Information Technology /Computer Science), Computer Science and Engineering or equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 50% (45% in the case of candidates belonging to the reserved category).
