MCA from Chandigarh University is a great option as you will find comapny sponsored labs from IBM, Tech Mahindra, Oracle, Cisco and many more related to IT sector. The teachers are well qualified and the academic curriculum is as per the industrial standards.

MCA is no doubt a good course to do, but from a good college, otherwise there is no advantage in doing MCA, because the competition is too high for MCA students. Instead of MCA, you can do CDAC PG course from any of it's branch according to your interest.
