Hi,
MBA -IT is a Master in Business Administration with specialization as IT. If you like Business Development/ Managerial function, then MBA-IT may help you. It might also be helpful to lift someone up in IT Services/ ITSM job role. Whereas, MCA is more of Technical and it's suitable for someone who wants to stick to Technology as career.

Surely, you can apply for UGC NET Exam. The Notification for 2018 is out and the exam is on 8th July whereas the application has begin.
The NET Exam pattern is changed from 2018. The exam would be conducted in two phases from now
Phase 1 & Phase 2
Phase 1 is the Aptitude Test conducted for all students and is common for all
Paper 2 is the Subject wise exam and is conducted in the Subject chosen by the candidate

Hi Ayush,To pursue any Masters in USA, recommended percentage is above 65%. Applicants must also take the GRE. There is another important point to note here, BCA is a 3 year course and less likely to be accepted by universities in USA. And also MCA is not offered there, you will find MCA only in India. Do some research on the degrees and universities and then decide what to study and where. If USA is your choice then you have to choose M.Sc in IT or Computer Science or Applied Computing etc. Other options can include MIS, Animation, Web Design, etc. You can choose any other relevant course and apply.

Hello, Surely you are eligible for the NET Exam if you have completed your Post graduation. If you are preparing for lectureship so age limit criteria is not the mandatory. But in JRF age limit is mandatory (maximum 30 years for General and maximum 35 years for OBC/ST/SC/PWD), so work harder to qualifying the NET Exam.
