Cyber Security is itself an important aspect. However, it also depends on your own capability of understanding the entire subject. You can also pursue CISSP, certification which covers all the aspects of cyber security. I hope this would suffice.

Depends upon your interest. Actually, if your interests are in computer and its applications, go for MCA. But, if you want to get into management or any specific field of management, go for MBA. Both have equally good opportunities.

As we all know that M.Sc is not professional course as B.Tech, and MCA are professional.

Hello Radha Swami,
If you are plannig to study your Master's degree in Canada then doing the 1-year PG Diploma in Canada itself would have been the ideal way, however, what comes into play is the question of reapplying for the visa, work permit, etc. A Master's degree admission is also very competitive in Canada. Also, remember that PG Diploma courses are professional in nature. You should instead complete the first year of MS degree in India itself and apply for MS again in Canada, many universities will suggest you the same.
