Depends on your interest, which part you want revise MCA, if you want more knowledge in programming, OS etc., then study more, or join a company.

Both are Master's degree courses. However, if you are keenly interested in making your career in IT industry and have interests in software developing, programming, Network & security, data structure and algorithm designing then MCA will be a better option for you.

To appear in the UGC NET Exam, there is no age limit. You need to complete Master’s degree from Arts, Humanities or Commerce. The Exam is conducted in more than 84 subjects.
The Eligibility to gain scholarship by JRF Exam is 30 years. For Female and Reserved candidates the age limit is 5 years
