You are eligible to seek admission in MCA if you are a graduate and had Maths as a subject in 10+2. You ae advised to DOEACC B certification. DOEACC 'B' Level. 'B' Level Course of NIELIT Scheme has been recognized by Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt of India, as professionally equivalent to MCA Degree Course. Students can acquire this qualification by undergoing this course and passing the examination conducted by the NIELIT.

Yes, you can opt to do a PGDCA as this will help you if you are more inclined to pursue a career in teaching/ education, or MCA if you are keen to make a career in the technical stream.
