Candidates who are selected for admission to MCA programme at RV Institute of Technology and Management have to report at th campus for document verification. Below are the documents required at the time of admission:
- PGCET rank sheet or KMAT score card
- Original Class 10 and Class 12 marksheet
- Original 1st to 6th semester degree marksheet
- Original provisional degree certificate
- Original Transfer Certificate
- Caste Certificate (if allotted under PGCET caste category)
- Migration Certificate (for students outside Karnataka)
- Photocopy of student Aadhaar Card
- Photocopy of PAN card & Aadhaar Card of parents
- 2 recent color passport-size photographs

The total tuition fee for MCA at RV Institute of Technology and Management is INR 4 lakh. The total fee includes various components such as tuition fee, caution deposit, exam fee, etc. The fee for Management Quota is different. Aspirants have to pay the course fee at the time of admission in the form of DD to confirm their seat.
