(a) Birla Institute of Technology (BIT), Ranchi
(b) PSG College of Technology - Coimbatore
(c) Vellore Institute Of Technology - Vellore (Tamil Nadu)
(d) Manav Rachna International University
These colleges are in top 10 ranked MCA colleges including Government colleges.

Dear,
As per your query, you are not eligible for the M.Arch programme, one should have B.Arch degree with min 50% if you want to apply in any of university.
So, you need to choose the programme related to your education background.
