As you are a BBM graduate, I would suggest, you go for MBA.
MCA is a very tough one for the Non-IT/computer graduates. One should have a keen interest in programming and other software related activities. You have a good base of education in management, so you better opt for MBA.
MCA is a 3-year course.
MBA is a 2 years course.
