As you are a technical resource, you are advised to do courses on ABAP. ABSP is a programming language that runs in the SAP ABAP runtime environment, created and used by SAP for the development of application programs. If you want to become functional consultant then you can chose any SAP function based on your interests and functional domain knowledge.

It will depend on which country you want to go to. Consider around 10 lacs to 40 lacs in INR per year for tuition fee. Every country and university has different fee structures. Similarly, the eligibility differs. You must mention the country for better answer.
