It depends on your interest. If you want a job in business management or want to start your own business then you should go for MBA otherwise MCA has a great career.

Sorry to say but it is not enough for MCA and with this qualification you cannot achieve a good career in IT field. I would rather suggest you to go for MBA. MBA IT can give you opportunities for a career in IT field.

Hi,
M.Sc IT/CS is a general course. It does not give you any placement opportunity but B.Tech and MCA are professional course. B.Tech IT/CSE and MCA both are similar but B.Tech IT/CSES is more preferable and valuable course. B.Tech IT/CSE has more recruitments than MCA. If you choose B.Tech then you would be able to choose your valuable 2 years. Within these 2 years you can pursue further courses like M.Tech / MS/ MBA (for management experience).
I hope you understand my point.

Hi,
B.Tech is the best course because it is a 4-year professional course and it has more value than MCA. B.Tech has more demand than MCA, but if you did BCA+MCA then there would be no difference between B.Tech and MCA. But, I would always suggest you to go for B.Tech. I hope you understand why B.Tech is preferable. Remember, B.Tech is a fully technical course with more value.

You are advised to do MCA from IGNOU as you meet the eligibility criteria to do MCA at IGNOU.
