No Abhilash, it is not easy. A way out is to join a reputed IT Indian company in India and then force your way up to get a placement in USA or UK.

Harshal, even the students who have done Statistics or Business Maths or Business Statistics or QTas one of the subject at Graduation or 10+2 level) are eligible for admission to MCA. So, being a B.Com student you must have one of them.
There are many institutions that offer admission in MCA without Maths, so you can check their websites for more details. Many of them offer good placements as well as good scholarships to students.

Karan, you can get admission in MCA through lateral entry mode on basis of your PGDCA.
Now admission criteria varies from institute to institute. Some offer admission on basis of entrance test, some on basis of marks in previous qualifying exams.
Check websites of some institutions offering MCA lateral entry.

If you had mathematics in class 12th, you can do MCA after BA.
