They will take best four of your all the subjects of intermediate. You should write the same in the application form. And merit list will be declared on the basis of best four subjects. Best of luck.

Yes, you can apply for the different portals at the same time but you can take admission in any of the universities at a time, not in both the universities.

I believe that you have finished your class 12th/Schooling after which you took a gap of a year and you wish to join college now. There will not be any problem in applying to college. Just make sure that you check the prospectus online and read the guidelines before applying to college. In general there is no problem at all for dropper.
