This question can be answered by seeing the fees structure of this course. The total tution fees for MDS in Periodontology is INR 14.97 Lakh. So if we see the per year fees of this course it will be around INR 5 lakhs, as it is a 3 year course. It can be said that yes, it is a expensive course. But the return on the fees invested should also be kept in mind. The highest package offered here is INR 24 LPA and average is around INR 5.5 LPA. But not all the students get the highest package. So overall it can be said that the course is expensive. 

The seats intake for MDS in Oral Pathology and Microbiology is only 2 at Bhojia Dental college and Hospital. So seeing the seats intake, it may be difficult for any student to get admission. Yes, MDS course is available at Saraswati Dental College. The college offers three-year MDS course at the PG level. The university offers MDS through  Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University. In order to be eligible for the award of the degree the candidate shall successfully complete the course in a maximum period of three years from the date of enrolment for the first semester of the course.
