MDS

The MDS program at Dr. Harvansh Singh Judge Institute of Dental Sciences and Hospital has offered six specializations for three years in prosthodontics, periodontics, oral surgery, conservative dentistry, orthodontics, and oral pathology that involve theoretical and practical knowledge regarding the advanced dental techniques and the management of patients through clinical practice, research projects, and seminars. The total fee for the MDS program is around INR 17.55 lakh. Admission here happens via NEET MDS scores, so the students are very competitively selected to pursue their specializations in dentistry.

Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences considers NEET-MDS score for admission to MDS. The opening and closing ranke for NEET MDS was 219 and 318, respectively. The rank was 421 for OBC Category candidates in 2024. The university offers admission to MDS seats based on the rank of the candidates in NEET MDS and BDS score. 

Aspirants have to complete BDS or equivalent degree to apply for MDS course at Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences. Besides, candidates must also pass NEET-MDS programme for admission. The final selection to MDS course is based on entrance-exam and BDS degree scores. 

The seat intake for the MDS programme at Bhojia Dental College and Hospital is 21. The programme is offered at the PG level and has a duration of three years.
