The Army College of Dental Sciences doesn't offer any Direct admission into the MDS (Master of Dental Surgery). One should go througth the NEET MDS counselling process. And one should have valid NEET MDS rank to be eligible for the admission.

No you cannot take admission into the MDS programme at Army College of Dental Sciences (ACDS) without taking NEET; admission is strictly based on merit obtained in the NEET MDS exam, meaning you must qualify NEET to be eligible for admission to their MDS course.

Yes, but the candidate needs to be qualified in NEET-MDS.

Eligibility Criteria is as follows :-

  • Candidates should have completed their Undergraduate Dental education in India from a dental college/institute duly recognised as per the provisions of the Dentists’s Act, 1948.
  • Completion of Compulsory Rotatory Internship by 31st march of current year.
  • Obtained permanent registration with the Dental Council of India or any of the State Dental Council or should obtain the same within one month from the date of admission.
  • All Candidates should be qualified in NEET - MDS.
  • Admission to the course shall be based on National Eligibility Cum Entr
