There are 2 ways to join Indian Army after graduation. Combined Defense Services CDS conducted by UPSC. Through CDS Successive candidates get Permanent Commissioning and are trained at IMA, Dehradun.
2. Short Service Commission SSC conducted by Services Selection Board (SSB)

So choose a good branch of your interest, for example if you like computer line then you should do B.Tech CSE. I hope this information helps you a lot for your bright future. If it is Diploma, go for B.Tech and if it is Degree (B.Tech) go for Autocad, Pro -e, catia coaching classes which benefit your resume. Also, you can apply for various training programmes.
