You have a very bright chance of job opportunities after marine engineering. But I wonder why you want to do marine engineering after your mechanical engineering. If an offshore job is your priority then do merchant navy course. It is for a maximum 3-years duration only.

If you are looking for short term job oriented course in India, then it could be one among this 3 options:
1. CAD software's (Creo, Solid works, Catia). There is a high chance for that you can get a job, but pay will be low.
2. FEA or CFD software's (Ansys, Nastran, Hypermesh, Abaqus). Getting a job is not so easy. It depends on how good you are in basics of mechanical engineering, but its pay is good.
3. Six Sigma certificate- there is good demand in quality and production areas, pay is average.
