Yes you can go for MJMC or MA mass comm.after your B.Tech as your B.Tech is graduate degree only and eligibility for admission to MJMC and MA mass comm.is graduation.
Go for good universities like Lovely Professional University, University of Pune, Sharda, Chitkara etc. Check their websites for more details.

Yes, you can pursue MBA after B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. The MBA qualification enhances knowledge and should be viewed in a sense of building up skills. Yes you have options for MS in Ca but not sure if you will get admission in your desired field or now. Also you need a Great Score in i guess TOEFL too.

Hi,
In order to pursue masters degree from UK you need to have relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university with good academic record preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take TOEFL or IELTS test to prove your english language proficiency.
For getting admission in masters degree in UK universities you need to have IELTS score of 7 with no individual band below 6.5 or TOEFL score of 90 with no band less than 20.
