Moverover, Choosing stream should not only be concern, choosing college affects a lot too in your career. Check admission in top class universities as Osmania University, BITS Pilani, Lovely professional University ect.

Yes you could do it for sure. Industrial Design Centre at IIT, Powai offers PG in creative segment of Animation & Design. Even NID offers the same. Admission to both programs are through entrance. If you are creative, do consider the option.
Gaming is a highly exciting, youthful career. It needs lot of passion, patience and Creativity to become Game Designer. Ensure that you possess it.
Also note that Gaming is still in its nascent stage in India. Till date there are very few appropriate programs available for Game Art Design. You could also prefer to pursue a Animation and Digital Media program which covers all the aspec
