Hi Jayanth, truly speaking it will be really tough to get admission as well as visa. But could u please tell me your percentage and also if possible try to get 7 plus IELTS score, so then may be.

GRE
IELTS
TOEFL

Yes you can go for MJMC or MA mass comm.after your B.Tech as your B.Tech is graduate degree only and eligibility for admission to MJMC and MA mass comm.is graduation.
Go for good universities like Lovely Professional University, University of Pune, Sharda, Chitkara etc. Check their websites for more details.

Yes you have options for MS in Ca but not sure if you will get admission in your desired field or now. Also you need a Great Score in i guess TOEFL too.
