It depends on your interest and convenience that in which college you are more comfortable with respect to location and your financial strengths. Although, you can prefer CV Raman Mechanical in place of IEM Kolkata, because placement scenario in IEM Mechanical is extremely bad. And, this is a new branch in IEM. No core companies visit the campus for recruitment. But, you will get lots of opportunities in C V Raman. Best of luck.
