Hello, These days, fees are invariably decided by a committee in every state and it's dependent on different facilities provided by the college. On an average, fees in engineering colleges across all branches is about Rs. 50K per semester.

Diploma is very good for technical knowledge but the salary you will get after completing the same will always be higher than Diploma.
Production engineering in COEP is a sandwich branch but you are compulsory do two internships of 6 months in different companies for completing your degree.
