I would suggest going for mechanical in KJ Somaiya because mechanical has always got higher preference than Prod as far as I know. Secondly KJ is already a deemed university. Deemed university means it is no longer under the rules of Mumbai University so when you pass you are said to be from KJ Somaiya University instead of Mumbai University. If we have a look at surveys then KJ Somaiya ranks higher than DJ Sanghvi which might be a reason for you to choose it.

Hi,
You need to check the Sweden immigration website to find out the labour shortage list, mechanical engineering is one of the best sectors in Sweden and you will find opportunities in many sectors from automotive to biotechnology. Identify your own interest first, whether you like automobiles or aerospace, if you want to be in design or manufacturing. Figure out what to study accordingly.

Hi Maninder,
Yes, you can apply. But you have to check the eligibility criteria of different universities before applying. Applying to a top university will be difficult.

It would be better for you to do M.Tech. You can also prepare for GATE exam as if you get a good rank, you can get good job opportunities. It is just my suggestion.
For your M.Sc Physics, you need to appear for PGCET.

Dear,
1. You are interested in cars.
2. You want to work as an automobile engineer.
So, I think if you should pursue automobile engineering, you will get more pleasure in studies and naturally you will have more possibilities of achieving your goal.
All the best.
