Hello Bharath, you have done Diploma and have four years experience in Industry. You should do AMIE so that you become equivalent to graduate engineer. Then better career prospects will open up. Alternatively you can complete graduation in any subject from any open university and then do MBA. This too will open up better opportunities. It however depends on what you want and desire.
