No, for any stream. To pursue, you have to clear your 12th. No college, even private ones, considers 12th failures. It is because they consider 10th pass and not 12th. You should have a senior secondary exam passing certificate to pursue higher studies.

Yes, you can do pilot training after mechanical engineering, it's a private course. Usually, it's just study materials and exams to pass. The exam is conducted by flying clubs and covers papers like:

Yes, your rank is good enough to get CSE, ECE, mechanical or whichever branch you want in any college in Andhra Pradesh. You can try to get admission in a reputed college as you can get admission. But, I would suggest you take mechanical branch as there is a lot scope in future.

Every branch has its own scope. MEC & EEE are suitable for civil services or government jobs. MEC has very tough competition nowadays. EEE is better as there is a need for new options for electricity as its demand is increasing. CSE is best for IT industry because today is the craze of computers. But it is essential to have good skills, innovative knowledge in CSE otherwise you have to face some difficulty in finding a job. Among 3, CSE is the best choice having more job opportunities.
