The official website of Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering is silent about the management quota. It would be recommendable to get in touch with the college officials for the same.
Regards.

Sardar Patel College of Engineering (SPCE) is a government institute. So, you have the cut-off depending on your category. Your score should be near 100+ to get into SPCE. The highest cut-off is typical of mechanical followed by electrical and then civil.
The estimated cut-off for SPCE is:
General-170
OBC-150
SC-70
I hope this helps.
