The majority of ME students at Kolghat Engineering College were placed in Infosys (04), Wipro (04) and Rashmi (04) during placements 2022. However, many top companies visited the campus for ME branch such as Infosys, L&T, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, HCL, Capgemini, Persistent Systems, Mindtree, and Rashmi.

The candidate must have passed a diploma in engineering from a recognized institute with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for SC/ST).

The candidate must have passed 12th standard with mathematics as a compulsory subject with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST).

The candidate must have appeared and qualified for the Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) Lateral Entry.

You are eligible for the Commercial pilot course. You can actually start the course after finishing 12th. There was no need to pursue graduation. But since you have, its not going to be any problem.

It is a good investment. Because whatever you will spent in the pilot course, can be make up as a pilot. Commercial pilots have good salary and there are additional perks as well.

Eligibility

1. At least 12th standard should have been passed (in physics and Maths) and No percentage bar.

2. Minimum Age Required is 18.

3. Class II medical Examination has to be done from the list of the DGCA approved Doctors.

The cutoff trend for BTech at JSS Science and Technology University has been increasing in the recent years. In 2022, the closing rank for BTech. under general category for all India quota was 41658. In 2023, it increased to 42285. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 41658 to 42285 for OBC 41658 to 42285 for SC 41658 to 42285 for ST 41658 to 42285 for EWS 41658 to 42285 for PWD. This trend is likely to continue in the coming years, as the demand for engineering education in India continues to grow. Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For the general category under All India, the opening rank was 12484 and the closing rank was 14404. Cut off are different regarding other categories or female candidates and even the domicile of the home state. In All India, the opening and closing rank for female candidates was 3884 and 21510. Admission to B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering at IIT Bhilai - Indian Institute of Technology is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam JEE Advanced. Applicants are advised to confirm what category they apply while checking for cut-offs.

For female candidates in the general category under the All India quota, 21510 was the closing rank. BTech cut-off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.
