Hi Satyajeet,
Since Diplomas are not accepted by German universities, you cannot apply to a Bachelor's degree directly. To be eligible, you can enrol for a Bachelor's degree in India and complete the first year but with very good grades. On completion of the first year, you can apply to Bachelor's degree in Germany. You must also learn German language and take the IELTS too.

Yes, University of Windsor is one of the finest for mechanical engineering. Please check the university website for further admission requirements.

Nirma University is better than LNMIIT as LNMIIT is a very new college as compared to Nirma. Secondly, Nirma university has been ranked 29 by MHRD. It is better both in terms of infrastructure and placements.

Yes, you can seek admission in Aerospace engineering after Diploma in mechanical. Diploma is considered as equivalent to class 12th for admission to IIT and many colleges.

Hello, Yes you may surely go to Canada after your B tech in Mech engineering for a Masters or a Post Graduate diploma. The average expenditure is around 25-30 lacs for a degree & an 18-22 lacs for a PG diploma.
