Getting admission in TU9s is tough because of your UG score. You can apply for some applied Science universities as they are equally good. Your GRE and TOEFL scores are excellent, but you should also try for some TU9s too. Universities like TU-DORTMUND, TU-BERLIN or TU-HAMBURG may select you.

You should appear for two exams - GRE and TOEFL ,then you can apply for the preferred university, but after your M.Tech, you are eligible for Ph.D, so go for that ,don't waste your time and money.
