Both are good in JSS but please go with your interest just go through the syllabus / curriculum of both . First of all you should think and do some research about yourself . What excite you most , what you want to do in your life ,your aim . It depends on you what you like ,so please consider your interest not the placements ,faculty and other Stuffs. Yes, you can pursue BE in any branch after completing Diploma, but you will get admission in the first year. If you opt for B.E in the same branch or similar branch then you can get admission in the second year.
