Robotics, mechatronics or automobile are the good courses, which you can consider. Maximum auto giants like Toyota, Suzuki and Hyundai offer certification courses.

Mechanical engineering is the core branch of engineering with wide scope and lots of job opportunities. Aerospace engineering is a niche branch with comparatively lesser job opportunities in comparison to ME. But AE is a technology intensive branch with rapid changes. If you want to be pure technologist then AE in a better career option in comparison to ME else you may opt for ME.

Automobile is a sub branch of mechanical. Mechanical is a much better branch than automobile and also beneficial for job opportunities. You can also give such exams, which requires core branch such as IES.

It would depend upon the kind of work, which you want to do, the kind of career you want to make for yourself. For example: if you want to make a career in marketing, then you can go for marketing. If you want to divert to finance, then you can go for Finance. Similarly other fields are operations, total quality management, IT infrastructure, etc.

The tuition fee in Germany is heavily subsidized, so it is cheaper to study there than in some private college even in India. The German job market is in huge demand for mechanical engineers. Hence, they also have a few of the world class institutes such as RWTH Aachen, etc. So, job abundance along with good education at minimal cost. I would suggest Germany.

Both the courses are very good, but if your PCM is not strong, then you should opt for hotel management course.
