Yes, there are several courses available for operations management. First year courses are compulsory courses and in you second year you can pick operations courses from a wide variety of courses offered. IIMA has one of the best in class Operations management area.

It would totally depend on your preferences. First year courses are compulsory courses and in second year you have option to pick electives and decide on which subjects you want to study. The options available to you include Human Resource, IT, Finance, Marketing, Organization Behavior, Strategy, Operations etc. Based on your preferences you can pick subjects in second year.

Mechanical Engineering and Aeronautical Engineering are very closely related.
That said, you must be aware that there are not many engineering colleges in India with amazing facilities, labs and research centers for aeronautical engineering.
So, if you get admitted to a college which offers state of the are aeronautical engineering facilities, you must go for it. Aeronautical Engineering has a wonderful future and scope. I don't think options are available in US , you will find only MS or integrated Ph,D , graduate certificate courses are available in few universities but you need to hold an advanced degree for the same. If you are not interested in Masters there is no reason to prepare for GRE. Instead look for PG Diploma courses in Australia, Canada or New Zealand. You need to decide what you want to study and prepare accordingly. Check University of Michigan - Dearborn, University of St. Thomas, Minnesota and Boston University for Graduate Certificate in Engineering disciplines. Best of Luck.
