Hello chetan, welcome to https://shiksha.com; most of the canadian universities are needed the students who wants to get an admission for Masters are to be get atleast 60-65% in ug and atalest 6.5 in IELTS exam in each section some universities and govt funded colleges are need 7 band in each section.
the SOP,LOR, funded letters, bank statements, proofs, documents, etc are common for any university or country you want to apply but the main requirements are percentage and IELTS score and a keen of interest and hard work to study there, of course the fee particulars are not so cheap compare to india, you can get more information from the

B.Tech Mechanical, Electronics and Aeronautical Engineering are preferred branches by DRDO and ISRO for Weapon and Spacecraft design and development. Pure scientists are also required by them, particularly Metallurgy experts.
