No you cannot. Maths and Physics is compulsory in class 12th. If not, then you can't go for this.
You better try in another field.

There are very few Institutions that offer M.Tech in Mechatronics in India. As it's a young branch, investment in M.Tech in India would be useless. I would recommend you try for Singapore or Japan for Masters in Mechatronics.
