The medical college admission process is based on marks scored in the qualifying NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) examination which is conducted by the NTA (National Testing Agency). Medical colleges take into consideration the marks scored by the candidate in the state or national level entrance examinations. However, the admission will be through counseling, based on their rank in the merit list. This can be done through an online mode. If you are looking to join a medical college, you can consider BHARATI VIDYAPEETH (Deemed to be University) for medical courses.

Private medical colleges will not give any fee concession depending on the marks that you earned in 12th. They will allow the seat depending on your entrance exam and they might give any fee concession depending on the rank that you perceived in that entrance exam. So what I would like to suggest is that it is not compulsory to get 90/100 in your 12 state exams, but it would be great if you maintain a decent score.
