See the eligibility cut off for NEET to apply for various medical courses was 135 marks for general unreserved category last year and 107 marks out of 720 for reserved category like SC, St, etc. and to get into a good government college BAMS course, you'll need to have 420-450 and above marks in NEET. Having said this cutoffs also depends on various factors like number of candidates appearing and also the paper level difficulty, also the state you reside in, also the college you aiming for.
So as of now prepare on focusing more and more and once the marks and ranks are our.
Hope so it will help you.

No, sorry you don't have any chance of getting a seat in medical college. You have scored too low for a seat in medical college. Even if you try for management or recommendation seats you will not be allotted for seat. If you don't care about low rated colleges, then give a try in low rated private colleges. But, don't keep any hopes
If you don't get a seat, try hard for next time and see that you will not face the problem again.

As per your expected marks scored in the NEET exam, your rank will be above 4 Lacs and you might not get a seat in the All India Quota, however, there are chances for you to get admission into MBBS BDS BHMS B.A. MS or any other private colleges or government colleges as well under the state quota, this will be basing upon your category, but it is not compulsory, you might get it basing upon the vacant seats.

You have less chances to get MBBS/BDS seat based on your marks. If you are interested you can try for other paramedical courses.

With 492 marks, you have a low chance for MBBS in a government college. In NEET 2021, 577 marks for general category was the lowest marks to get a seat in government medical college under Bihar state quota and it was for Government

This is a pretty decent score but the situation could get complicated if you aspire central government University you can easily get private universities or star government Universities.
